Driving out to Truro on Cape Cod is worth it even if you never make it to the beach. Atlantic Spice Company is quite a destination in itself. Spices are abundant and so cheap. 
And then there's all the cute tea stuff and kitchen gear to keep you there for an hour after you finish buying out their spices.
